YBHG Datuk Robert Lawson Chuat

Datuk Robert Chuat was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KACC in February 2023. Prior to this Datuk Robert Chuat was a Member of Parliament for Betong from 2018 to 2022 and a member of the Sarawak Legislative Assembly from 2006 to 2016.

Datuk Robert Chuat was also a Board member and Chairman of KACC from 1998 till 2019. He has ample experience and involvements with KACC Board and management having served the company for many years.
Siti Yuhaniz Tan Sri Bustari

Siti Yuhaniz was appointed to the Board of KACC in October 2014. She is currently Group Executive Director of OBYU Holdings Sdn Bhd. Prior to joining OBYU, she was attached to the Corporate Finance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services in Kuala Lumpur where she built her expertise in valuations, market studies, business planning and financial analyses.

Siti Yuhaniz holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Finance & General Management from the University of Western Australia.
Mohamad Nadziff Tan Sri Bustari

Mohd Nadziff was appointed to the Board of KACC in August 2019. He is currently Group Chief Executive Officer of OBYU Holdings Sdn Bhd, a conglomerate involved in power, property, construction and services.

Prior to joining OBYU, Mohd Nadziff began his career in project management, property development and construction in Australia and Malaysia.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management & Economics from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
Mohamad Subky Tan Sri Bustari

Mohamad Subky was appointed to the Board of KACC in February 2021. He is currently Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of OBYU Holdings Sdn Bhd, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Petra Resources, a company involved in the oil & gas industry.

Mohd Subky sits on the Board of several private companies active in marine assets ownership, oil & gas chartering, property development, power and construction.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce majoring in Asian Studies & Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and began his career at Deloitte Consulting Malaysia where he worked at the Technology Integration practice.
